Tom’s Chicken Wings

Makes 6 whole wings, or about 12 pieces. 


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of your favorite wing sauce

  • 1 pound whole chicken wings

  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.

  2. Cut wings in half at the joint.

  3. Salt and pepper wings, bathe wings in a little sauce. Cook low at 325 for 2.5 hours. 

  4. Grill 15-20 minutes.

  5. Pour on as much wing sauce as you want.
