Tom’s Chicken Wings
Makes 6 whole wings, or about 12 pieces.
Ingredients
1 bottle of your favorite wing sauce
1 pound whole chicken wings
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Cut wings in half at the joint.
Salt and pepper wings, bathe wings in a little sauce. Cook low at 325 for 2.5 hours.
Grill 15-20 minutes.
Pour on as much wing sauce as you want.
