Paul’s Fried Spinach

Serves a lot!


Ingredients

  • Grated parmesan cheese

  • Sea salt

  • 1 bag pre-washed fresh spinach

  • Peanut or canola oil for frying


  1. Make sure spinach is all dry (why it’s best to buy pre-washed).

  2. Heat your oil in a large pan. When a piece of spinach instantly sizzles when added to the oil, you're good to go. Depending on how much you are making, you may need to cook the spinach in batches.

  3. Remove spinach with a slotted spoon and drain oil on paper towels and season with a little salt and parmesan cheese.
