Ralph’s Thanksgiving Stuffing & Turkey

Serves 8


Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Italian cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • Salt

  • 1 12-lb turkey

  • 2 pounds ground beef, veal, pork, or turkey

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  • ½ cup peeled and diced tomatoes


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

  2. Chop onion and garlic.

  3. Brown meat of choice, with garlic and onion in olive oil.

  4. Add in tomatoes, cheese, parsley, eggs, and bread cubes.

  5. Place turkey in a well-greased roasting pan and stuff. Cook for 4 hours, until golden brown.
