Mary & Paul’s Chocolate Pizzelle
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
2 large squares of semisweet baking chocolate
½ cup butter
¾ cup sugar
Whisk together sugar and butter.
Chop chocolate finely and melt in the microwave 30 seconds and add to sugar mixtures.
Add eggs in one at a time, then the vanilla extract.
Add in flour a little at a time. Whisk all well.
Add batter to pizzelle press as suggested by machine instructions.
