Ingredients

Filling:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 cup sauerkraut

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Dough:

  • 1 package (7 grams) of dry active yeast

  • ¼ cup warm water

  • 1 stick butter

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 egg

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F. Grease a large baking sheet.
