Chocolate Crinkles
Ingredients
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
4 squares (4 oz) unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
Melt chocolate and mix with oil and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
Add in salt and baking powder, and then flour a little at a time.
Chill for at least one hour. Drop by tablespoonfuls into the powdered sugar and shape into balls. Place on cookie sheets at least 2 inches a part.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 350°F. Cool on a rack.
