Hershey Kiss Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup granulated sugar for decoration
1 bag Hershey Kisses milk chocolates
½ cup butter
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
Remove wrappers from Hershey Kisses.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream together butter and peanut butter. Add 1/3 cup of granulated sugar and the brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
Add egg, milk, and vanilla and mix well.
Stir in baking soda, salt, and flour.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned. After removing from the oven, immediately push a Hershey Kiss in the middle of each cookie. Cookie will crack around the edges. Remove from sheet to a wire rack to cool completely.
