Alice’s “Snot” Casserole
Serves 6-8
Ingredients
8 oz jar of CheezWhiz (or replace with ½ cup milk, ½ tsp grass-fed gelatin, ¾ cup cheddar cheese, 1/8 teaspoon salt)
Grated parmesan cheese
Paprika
3-4 cups cooked rice
20 oz frozen chopped broccoli
½ finely chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
4 tablespoons butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cook rice according to directions.
Defrost and drain broccoli.
Sauté chopped onion and celery in the butter until translucent, 3-5 minutes.
Mix in cans of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup and cheese cream.
Pour everything into a casserole pan and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Top with the paprika and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
